      The organization identified is the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA). The organization was formed in 1968 and is a whole owned institution by the government through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Its main mission is to increase the access of affordable houses in the US by directing the capital injected into the US economy from around the globe to the financing of the housing market. The organization employes slightly over 100 staff due to efficiency the organization employees (Ginnie Mae, 2012).
      This organization will be used to study and analyze five theoretical constructs, how they influence the study of organizational culture and their impact in public administration or   management of an organization. Constructs are concepts which researchers use to construct theories, to develop a model, evaluate results and measure impacts (Shahzad, 2012).   Theoretical Constructs are knowledge structures that help someone to predict events and predict outcomes in a more likely ways. They are psychological theories of human senses that are aimed at understanding and studying human experience, behavior and their impacts and influences on the culture and behavior of an organization.
      For an organization to be productive, the managers must identify and analyze factors that affect its development. The management is always interested in employees to have commitment leading to improvement in the organization’s productivity. This calls for managers to search for employees with norm, values and objectives of the organization. This is the reason why the management needs to understand the culture of an organization to their employees. When the organizational culture is well understood by the employees, there will be an improvement in their performance as their interest towards work and morale are quite high (Pynes, 2009)....
