Batman Begins review
Recently I saw the film Batman Begins. I had high expectations: since it is part of the popular batman film series. Batman Begins was first released in 2005 by Warner Bros. It stars Christian Bale as Batman along with Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman.

Furthermore this film focuses on how Bruce Wayne actually came to be 'Batman'.   Also it shows how you can use a fear to your own advantage and adopt it as a symbol fight evil. When his parents were killed, millionaire Bruce Wayne travels to Asia where he is taught be Henri Ducard and Ra's Al Ghul in how to fight evil. When he learns about Ducard's plan to wipe out evil in Gotham, Bruce prevents this plan from progressing any further and heads back home. Back in his home surroundings, Bruce finds Gotham ruled by crime and corruption. He discovers a cave underneath his mansion, when he finds a symbol that   will strike fear into his enemies. The Bat. In order to create this image, Bruce visits his fathers friend, Lucius Fox, who works at Wayne Enterprise developing the gadgets Batman will use. After this, Bruce returns to the streets of Gotham as Batman, using his image to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. To completely rid Gotham of evil he must try to uncover the plans of Mafia boss Carmine Falcone and the Scarecrow before the city is completely engulfed by Fear and Evil.

I thoroughly enjoyed viewing Batman Begins because it takes on a much more fearful, dark theme compared to the other Batman films, this is interesting because it shows that the heroic, crime-fighting protagonist that is Batman, does have a dark side to him. In addition the camera shots used are very engaging as they help us see the emotions of the characters, help us get an idea of the setting and much more. One good example is when Batman is walking with bats flying all around him because it shows how Bruce has overcome his fear and is using it as his symbol to fright...
