Supports their Clients through Technical Support Executives from Annual Service Contract, Annual Maintenance Contract and On-Call Service for Corporate and Residential Users. Also concentrates on Sales of Computers, Printers, Computer Peripherals, etc…

Responsibilities held:

• Handling a Technical Support Team for various issues like…
• Installation, Maintenance and Up gradation of various Software’s for the organization.
• Troubleshooting various Operating Systems Problems.
• Configuring Internet Explorer Connectivity and Security Settings.
• Configuring XP client for Remote Access.
• Configuring of TCP / IP Network.
• Troubleshooting Virus and booting issues.
