Today’s War on Drugs has proven time and again to be ineffective and throughout history prohibition in general has proven itself to be ineffective. People will always find a way to get their hands on things which are illegal whether it’s through the black market or making/growing it themselves. As presented in the movie “How to Make Money Selling Drugs”, more people die from LEGAL pharmaceutical drugs than illegal drugs, the drugs that are fed to us by the same exact people who tell us they will aid us and banning drugs such as marijuana which has more than just medicinal value and not one reported death from use.
Let’s say you have a headache; using marijuana, whether you smoke or eat it, will alleviate the pain without risk of negative side effects or overdose whereas if you take a prescription pain killer there is a whole list of negative side effects and it’ll be your last headache if you take too much.
When it comes to “drugs” which grow in the earth, such as psilocybin mushrooms or marijuana, I am totally against illegalizing them just for the simple fact that they grow in the ground!. People are misinformed by the pricks in suit and tie which is why they settle for today’s legal drugs. For my plan, I would simply expose the truths regarding both legal and illegal drugs and see what happens, let the people make their decision, if they aren’t all brain dead from all the Lexapro by now. I’m supporting natural, organic substances. When it comes to chemically modified drugs such as heroin, cocaine, etc. at least provide the helpless addicts with clean stuff.
