Single-stage hammer crusher is composed with rotor, bearing, discharge grate, bearing plant, main body and the drive section. The hammer head will strongly hit the ore in the crushing chamber. The ore will be crushed because of the collision between the back liner and ore. Rude ore enters into the feeding port of the crusher through the heavy feeding equipment (apron feeder with adjustable speed). The rude ore will be primarily crushed by the hammer head. The initial crushing material will be further crushed during its movement process. After the crushing process, the crushed material will be discharged into the discharge area. The final crushing process is finished in the lower crushing chamber.

At present, China crusher market a wide range of manufacturing industries, including chemical, mining, construction, water conservancy, metallurgy, coal, glass and other industries. In China's most important application area is the cement industry, paving and mining.

A lot of people think that the stone crusher is high energy consumption .Nowdays, saving energy is more and more important . So crusher manufacturers is launching high energy , circumstance friendly, low consumption stone crusher to meet the costomer’s higher needs.

The Features of Single-stage Hammer Crusher:

1, feed large size (≤ 1200mm) and the reduction ratio

2, PCZ series Heavy-duty single-stage hammer crusher for secondary hardness of single-stage crushing of brittle materials

3, broken saving than the conventional three more than 40%

4, nutation extended service life 3-6 times, greatly saving the cost of wearing parts

5, the process is simple, small footprint, reasonable structure, operation and maintenance costs low

Crusher's development prospects are good: cement roads and other infrastructure development must pull crusher industry growth; crusher replacement just a matter of time; western development led to a large demand for the crusher. As countries continue to expand...
