capacity.when the raw mill is grinding steel slag,the grinding roller and grinding plate is worn fast,especially the abrasion of grinding roller diameter.If we do not take measures,the capacity of vertical mill will be reduced greatly.

Firstly,we should increase the total air volume appropriately and increase wind speed .So as to decline the recycling materials, decrease the power of bucket elevator, and eventually make external material layer thin on conveying belt.
Check the abrasion of grinding roller and grinding plate at regular interval.Adjust the height of retaining ring and guarantee   suitable bed thickness of material on grinding plate,so as to make steel slag particles with high iron contenting can be left out of vertical mill grinding plate.
