Existing Problems in Rotary Kiln Calcination Plant

High temperature section in rotary kiln cylinder outside is key equipment,which is mainly consisted of several cyclones forming the preheating system, every cyclone may has the jam in raw materials,There will be the phenomenon such as materials collapse and anti wind in decomposition kiln.When we use the raw materials mill and coal mill,If we make use of the heating wind,it makes hot air system more complicated.
There are many high-rise building in the NSP cement production line and lime calcination plant,such as preheater pylon,conditioning tower,vertical roller mill,electric dust collector and   powder concentrator,the height of them is not less than 10 meters.they increase the risk of normal operation in aerial work and also lead to threat on staff's safety working below.Because of NSP production line equipment is controlled by the DCS system unified start-up and shutdown. we should take waste heat utilization into consideration, shorten the transmission line and tighten the device layout.
