ONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
 
The following are the rules and regulations governing the contest “TWENTY -20 2014 ” (“Contest”) hosted by Star India Private Limited (“Star India ”) which will be held on STAR Gold (“Channel”) as stated here under
 
  1. The Contest shall commence from March 17, 2014 at 8:00 pm Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall conclude on April 11, 2014 at 11-59:00 pm IST (“Period”) on the Channel. The term of the Contest during the Period shall be as follows:
 
  a. Week No.1 from March 17th 2014 to March 21st. 2014
  b. Week No.2 from March 24th 2014 to March 28th 2014
  c. Week No.3 from March 31st 2014to April 4th 2014
  d. Week No.4 from April 7th 2014 to April 11th 2014
 
Star India may at its sole discretion extend or curtail the Period of the Contest or may suspend or abandon the same at any time without any prior notice of the same.
 
 
  2. Any information gathered through this Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to be bound or cannot comply with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not continue. Your act of participating in the Contest shall be deemed to be your absolute agreement to the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and User Generated Content of STAR India as prescribed from time to time.
 
  3. The Contest shall be governed by the Principal Rules and General Rules stated herein below and all person’s participating in the Contest and performing any act/s as required by the Contest terms stated herein, unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by the same.
 
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, the privacy policy shall govern all usage of any personal information gathered under or pursuant to this Contest by Star India.
