How to Solve the Noise Problem of Magnetic Separator

Magnetic separator is mainly composed of a magnetic system, cylindrical, roller, brush roller, transmission device??totally six parts. Magnetic system adopts permanent magnetic circuit that has the features of less magnetic leakage, high magnetic field strength, the depth of large, difficult demagnetization effect. Tank adopts a cylindrical structure with multiple functions, large capacity, high recovery rate, stable and reliable running, convenient operation and maintenance, low energy consumption. The roller can rotate separately ,driven by electrical motor through a speed reducer, chain, sprocket.The magnetic separator motor overheating and sound not normal . Caused by the above reasons, including:bearing bad lubrication or severe worn , fan leaves fall off or wear ; Switch line contact undesirable , or disconnected to run single-phase; voltage is too low.Magnetic separator noise is not normal in normal operation , the cylinder was jammed by obstacles and even the cylinder can not rotate , the bottom bin vibrate . Caused by these reasons include : magnetic separation was jammed by the bottom bin of object , or magnet fell off , causing the cylinder rattled ,serious causing cylinder of epidermal was lacerated . At this time we should shut it down for maintenance and troubleshooting . Reducer overheating.Its main causes : lack of oil ,or oiliness is bad; gear and worm   wear serious,or meshing is bad; bearing lubrication is bad ,or badly worn .Magnetic separator is composed of foundation bed   ,the magnetic system under, the rotating cage,   the magnetic system above, hollow shaft,concentrate hopper other rotating equipment   . Mounting base should to make hollow bearing seat as a criterion to measure the elevation and level of degrees. The positioning of the magnetic system under should make mounting base as the criterion .
