Specialisatin Still Dilemma for Human Being

A human being is always a versatile creature. He or she can engage in performing several activities in a given period and at a given point, those activities performed are of different in nature, for example design a building, balance accounts, build a wall, cook a tasty meal and program a computer. As a human being can perform them regardless of whether he or she has got suitable skills to deal with them, you can find that; he or she has only skills to perform one or two of them and none for the rest. What does it mean? Can human being perform a certain task even with no skills for it? Or are there any tasks that can be performed without any skills? Probably not, there is no any task that can be performed without any skills especially for those tasks that undergo process. Human being can shift from performing one task to another, but you can ask yourself, is each task performed with the same level of efficiency? Probably not, because there is no possibility of a human being to perform them with the same level of efficiency, since he or she cannot posses all necessary skills required. Due to the difference in skills, he or she can perform one activity better than the other. Consequently, this calls for specialisation. For example due to their specialisation in making honey, bees able to make it sweet with a good quality because they do not engage in other activities, meaning that, “they concentrate on that activity and increase their expertise in that activity by making a habit of engaging in it.” that is Specialisation.
Therefore human beings must have specialisation far from skills in performing task(s).Due to the reason that specialisation has several advantages on human life in performing their activities, and such advantages are as follows;
