September 11, 2001
On Tuesday September 11, 2001 at the unthinkable happened in America. The
two World Trade Centers in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington D.C
were hit by airplanes that were hijacked by terrorists. This terrible tragedy killing nearly 2,749 people and its youngest passenger Christine Hanson who was 2 years old on her first trip to Disneyland had a deep impact on the whole nation. American citizens were left at fear, and full of revenge to the people who had committed such an awful thing.

At 8:46 am flight 11 crashes into the world trade center on the north tower at speeds of 500 mph between floors 94 and 98, the aircraft enters the tower mostly intact, people at this point are in shock and are concerned if the plane crash was a planned terrorist attack or if it was an accident. Between 8:46 and 10:29 at least 100 people mostly from the north tower were trapped by fire and smoke in the upper floors had to jump to their deaths. Afterwards at exactly 9:03 am flight 175 crashes into the south World Trade Center tower at speeds at about 600 mph, between floors 78 and 84, People then realize that the plane crashes on the WTC were planned terrorist attack against the United States.

Nearly at 10am the south tower of the World Trade Center collapses, the tower had stood up for 56 minutes and 10 seconds since the impact of flight 175. When the tower collapses an overwhelming of gray white clouds rushed through the streets. Afterwards at 10:28 am the north tower of the world trade center collapses, no one above the impact zone in the north tower survives. The north tower of the World Trade Center stood for about 102 minutes and 5 seconds after their plane impact. When the towers collapsed they fell half of a mile to earth, and reached a speed of 120 miles per hour.
I strongly agree that when people go through a tragedy, they happen to hold on to
memories and feelings. om into his history class...
