The cone crusher machine has four different specifications of the cavity type from coarse crushing to fine crushing and can combine into six possibilities which mean it can satisfy the customer's special requirements to the maximum degree.




2. easy to change: it's very slow to change the crushing wall for the previous crushers while the cone crusher's new structure makes it very easy and quick. That's because the card pin equipped on the upper crushing wall jacked by the bolts can fix it while the bottom crushing wall is fixed by the hydraulic nuts. In this way, there is no need to add any packing materials to the back of the upper and bottom crushing walls. So this lightens the labor's working intensity in rapid change.

3. the hydraulic system: the cone crusher adjusts the discharging port by the hydraulic system which can guarantee the safe operation of the equipment. The hydraulic system can make the dynamic cone withdraw automatically when there is sundries in the crushing cavity and reset after the sundries are discharged and then continue to work by keeping the same discharging port.
