Believing in God Is Utter Nonsense!

“Believing in God is utter nonsense” Some people called Atheists believe this is true, however some people called Theists believe not. There are some legitimate reasons for both sides to this argument-which are listed below…
The Atheists believe this is true because of things like: The Big bang theory, there are no pictures of him, nobody has any proof of seeing him, if he is so almighty and powerful why doesn’t he stop/prevent all of the evil and suffering in the world and if he supposedly created everything, who created him? These are all things that makes a surprisingly small percentage of the world’s population (16%) not believe in God.
The other side to this argument is what the Theists believe is true. These people believe that God is real and does exist. Some people are forced to believe in God or are brought up in a religious family which means they don’t really have a choice whether they believe in God or not. But some choose to become a Christian, Muslim, Sikh or Hindu for example. A lot of Theists make their decision after reading a holy book, or if you’re a Christian-the creation story. A few might believe in God because of miracles or visions. 59% of the world’s population are people who believe in God (Theists). The remaining are religions/beliefs that don’t involve a God.
After taking in both points of view, I think I am an Atheist. This is because of the scientific proof of how the earth was created, and the fact that there are no pictures of him and the amount of evil and suffering there is in the world, people say God is so powerful and caring for us, if he was he would stop all these wars and disasters that happen every single day of our lives. I do believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion so I do take in other peoples beliefs and make sure I don’t offend or upset them in anyway.
