1. Brief introduction
It is used for cleaning drilling cuttings. Pollutants are soaked from the cleaned cuttings so that the cuttings meet the national standards. The cleaned cuttings can be used as construction materials or used for hardening drilling location ground. 3. Structure characteristics
a. It is an environment friendly device mounted on sledge which separate four phases: drilling cuttings, drilling mud, drilling sewage and polluted oil.
b. According to the diameters and characteristics of drilling wastes, cuttings are cleaned and separated, sludge is settled and pressed into mud cakes, filtrate becomes sewage and floated dirty oil automatically overflow and discharge in turn, which provides preconditions for retreating in sort and comprehensive utilization.
c.
