[Mr. Starbucks manager]
[Server]
[Starbucks]

Dear Mr. Starbucks manager
I am applying for a position at Starbucks because according to your ad, you are looking for a person who has great people skills and a person who can communicate well with others, and make a mean cup of coffee.
As you will see in my resume, I have been in love with Starbucks for my whole life. My love for coffee and for Starbucks has made me a great candidate to serve people coffee, because I know the basics to make every drink on the menu, and I’m not even working there yet! In addition, I am enthusiastic and hard working. And I have great grades in school too! My math skills are up to a senior level and I’m just a mere 16 years old. So there will be no mix ups with ordering and pricing.   I am willing to take on new responsibility, and learn all of the things that I do not already know about serving coffee. As indicated by my volunteering, I am a real people pleaser and I get along with all sorts of people.   I would appreciate the opportunity to work with Starbucks to help it meet its goal of serving the best coffee and the best café food around.
I would be thankful for the opportunity to meet with you to further discuss serving people at my local café. I look forward to talking with you soon.
Sincerely,
