Garner Family In Disbelieve After Choke-Hold Cop Is Cleared.

              Poured in a street at the Staten Island shop protesters gathered where police chokehold victim, Eric Garner was killed last July after grand jury decided that the chokehold police case wouldn’t be charged. Garner’s 19 year old son Eric Snipes says “what an insane and unfair decision”. While Garner’s widow added she was shocked when this decision was taken despite a video captured by his friend clear view that the cop was wrong; also said by medical officers Garner died from homicide.
        Civil rights leader Al- Sharpton says US grand jury system is broken due to its unfair decision, as a result activist calls for a march to Washington next week. Reflecting back on the death of Mr. Garner 43, was stopped on a street in New York under suspicion; after the confrontation the police officer wrestled him to the ground where he restrained by force. However, he became unresponsive and died later. Staten Island District attorney said the grand jury taken into consideration a number of charges, from murder to any other offense including reckless endangerment.   Mr. Garner’s case brought to remembrance a similar tragedy involving a less familiar name, Robert Ethan Saylor, a 26-year-old man with Down syndrome who was killed last year.
          Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner William Bratton vowed that necessary changes will come from Mr. Garner’s death, with the promise that the Police Department will respond and improve also redouble efforts to patrol communities in fairness and safety. The outrage in New York, echoed by anguished protesters in Ferguson, Mo., and Cleveland.
