Your project is now in its closing process. As project manager, you and your team have resolved the problems as identified in the previous assignment. You are ready to present a final report to your major stakeholders. Include possible outsourcing, U.S. or global, considerations (advantages, disadvantages, cost, time, and scope).

Develop a Closing Process PowerPoint Presentation . Your PowerPoint presentation should be prepared to present this project to your stakeholders. A template is provided for your use. You can modify the template based on your professor’s instructions or for your own creative needs. Do not omit any information request if any changes are made. (See the template in the Supplemental Materials of the Course Guide and in the Additional Resources of the course shell).



Prepare a 12-15 slide presentation (15-20 minutes in duration) in which you:

Identify the project objectives and how the project team has met each objective.

Analyze the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), along with each task’s explanation.

Create a timeline and note the critical path.

Identify stakeholders on the project team matrix.

Establish the approved budget and identify the cost for resources.

Recommend plans for the project communication

Determine risks, the competitive analysis, and project benefits.

Distinguish the scope, time, and cost constraints.

Assess any project dependencies.

10.   Compile a list of six (6) best practices arising from this project’s lessons learned.

11.   Recommend methods to avoid similar obstacles in future projects.

12.   Compose a list of next steps if there is a need to create another phase for this project.
