Circulatory System
Introduction:
Exercising is one of the most important things in life to do to keep yourself in shape and healthy.

Circulatory system:
The circulatory system is made up of muscles and vessels that help the flow of the blood through the body. The process of which we know is called circulation. The main section of the circulatory system is the heart, capillaries, arteries, and veins.
As the blood begins its course circulating it will leave the heart through the left ventricle and go towards the aorta. The largest artery in the body is your aorta. Oxygen is one of the most important, because your cells need it so they can perform and work.
When it finally starts to travel back to the heart it will travel through the system of veins first. When it reaches the lungs the carbon dioxide it will replace it with fresh oxygen that we breathe through the lungs.

Parts of the Circulatory System:
The circulatory system is made up of the heart, veins, arteries, capillaries, and blood. The heart is also one of the most important organs in your body. The blood from your body is carried to the heart. It will start and it goes into the right atria, down to the right ventricle and then it is pumped into the lungs.
To keep your body healthy and in shape you should exercise. If you exercise every day it will extend your life expectancy. If you do not exercise or keep your heart healthy it can lead to heart failure, valvular heart disease, heart attack, coronary heart disease, and arterial sclerosis.
Arteries are the blood vessels that at time will take the blood from your heart. When the heart beats, it is the arteries job to fill it with blood. When the heart is relaxed the artery pushes the blood away so it can move along.
The thinnest and most fragile is known as the capillaries. Tissue releases waste that goes through the wall and into the red blood cells. The veins are the blood vessels that take the blood from the heart. After the oxygen...
