This project was meant to be sole responsibility of the researcher but it was apparent from the start that in the light of its sheer enormity and under such acute time shortage, a project without the support of many persons would be unimaginable.

I express my deep feeling of gratitude to Mr. S.K.Mahaldar Sub divisional executive (SDE) of Department Public Relationship as well as Marketing (PS/MKTG) for giving me an opportunity to work in their organization.
I am thankful to him for his guidance and humble support extended for the project. Without his active involvement in the project it would have not been possible for me to complete my project successfully.
I am also thankful to entire PR Department for their kind co-operation, support, interest and concern for not just the process, but also my understanding of it, among other things.
