WORKAHOLIC
Workaholics defined as a person who is addicted to work is called workaholic. Workaholic comes from bad workers attitudes and there are three effects of being of workaholics.
Firstly, workaholics could be damaging workers health. According to studies, 47% of Malaysians workers bring their job home to finish more than 3 times a week and long working hours are 15% (Chin, 2011). Workaholics doing work and never completely switches off will permanently stressed, relying on coffee and pills to keep awake, not enough sleep, eat a poor diet and do not bother with exercise. The risk of having a heart attack increases significantly, as does a chance of developing other health problems such as cancer .However, it feelings of guilt and anxiety when trying to slow down and end up doing more and more (Wilkinson, 2010).

Secondly, effects on workaholics, and those who live and work with example relationship with their partners and family.   Workaholics spend every minute of the day working, do not have time for anyone else and so nobody is going to want to be around them. They end up with feeling lonely and depressed, but still unable to change. Studies show that quality of marriage affected in workaholics over time even a happily married, excessive work can lead to marital breakdown (Yaniv, 2011).
Finally, workaholic affects the workaholic's social life and restricts their personal freedom and happiness. They never and unable to go out hanging out with some friends and have to focus on job task. These continuous situations lead to break off the relationship among friends because they will not understand on obsession with job (Kenneth, 2010).

In conclusion, there are three affects become on workaholics; health physically and psychology affected, effect on with family and relationship with spousal lead to marital breakdown and social life affected.
