Why people Should Not Smoke

While there are many arguments about smoking, the following three are the most important: It pollutes the environment; it is costly; and it is injurious to the health of the smoker.
Cigarettes are one of the main polluters of indoor space. If you're in a hotel room, in some rooms you can smoke and others you can't. People are still getting the the smoke in non-smoking rooms because the smoke travels through the air conditioning system. If you smoke in your home, your walls will turn yellow and the smell of smoke sticks to your furniture. Also, If you're smoking in a small area, other peope breathe in the air of second hand smoke.
Cigarettes are very expensive to buy. The government makes a fortune off the people who smoke. There are a lot of people who smoke. You, yourself, as a smoke has to come up with the money to buy cigarettes, and depending on how much you smoke, It could be more costly than others. If you are a smoker, there are things that you would do without just so you would beable to buy cigarettes to keep your addiction under control.
Many of today's health problems can be directly lined to smoking. One of the biggest causes that smoking has on a person is asthma, and bigger people may be on more puffers for their asthma. Another cause for smoking is lung cancer. You dont have to smoke to get lung cancer, but for the most part, it happens to a lot of smokers. Lastly, there are some people out there who didn't smoke a day in their lives and they have a lot of medical problems. Cancer is mostly blamed on smoking, but if someone didn't smoke a day in his/her life, what is the cause?
These are the arguments that I have come up with people who smoke. It pollutes the environment. It is costly. it is injurious to the health of the smoker.
