This article gives a very good outlook on what is human capital and how does it affects ones financial capital allocation? One has to understand the importance of human capital not just from an organization point of view but also from an investment point of view. Once I understood that human capital is an important investment for an organization it helped me relate its importance to the competitive advantage it brings to an organization. I’m using this relationship and its importance in my final research project.

This article helped in understand the general APA citation format correctly and apply it accordingly in my final research document.
