What determines our choices are our thoughts, our personalities and how we're feeling from inside. If we're frazzled with too many things on our mind, chances are we'll lose out on some vital aspect - that could have given us that teeny bit of clarity.

The more clarity, equanimity we have - we'll find more of other things happening to us. More confidence to take on situations and new people, more energy to engage with other people and awareness to remember the little things that add more to ourselves.
