Introduction to the olympian gods
The Olympians are a group of 12 gods who ruled after the overthow of the Titans. All the Olympians are related in some way. They are named after their dwelling place Mount Olympus. the main three gods are zeus the god of sky, posiden the god of sea,and heades the god of death. Anyways there are 12 in total there names are counting the big three. they are : hestia, hera, areas,apollo,athena,aphrodite,hermes,artimis, and hepaestus. these are the main 12 but there are several of minor gods such are hecta,nike and iris.

Lord of the Skies, Ruler of the Gods. Zeus can control wind and electricity. Has two brothers: Poseidon and Hades. Olympian God

God of the Seas and Earthquakes, the Earthshaker. Poseidon commands all the Earth's oceans, anything living in the ocean, horses, and can cause earthquakes. Worked with Athena to develop the chariot. Lost the contest to Athena for sponsorship of Athens. Is the reason for Medusa's looks. Created Hippocampi and horses from waves breaking on the seashore.

HADES: Lord of the Underworld, Lord of the Dead. He rules in his palace in the Underworld, and only visits on the winter solstice, on the longest night of the year. He controls things like zombies, harpies, Furies, and hellhounds. He tricked his wife, Persephone into staying with him for 7 months of the year, which is why we have winter.

In Greek mythology, the Titans   were a race of extremely powerful and physically huge deities that ruled the world during the legendary Golden Age of Mankind. They were the children of Gaia and Ouranos.   There were 12 original Titans, the males being known as the Titans (Coeus, Crius, Cronos, Hyperion, Iapetus, and Oceanus) and the females as the Titanides (Mnemosyne, Phoebe, Rhea, Tethys, Theia, Themis and Thera).
