ACT 3
Diary Entry

Dear Diary,

We did it. Us conspirators stabbed the future ruler of Rome, Julius Caesar, to death. We washed our hands in his blood to show some honour. All of our hearts are full of pitty, especially mine. I am deeply sorry for hurting Marcus Antony, as he was Caesars best friend. What I did for my country though was the right thing to do, I will protect my fellow Roman citizens as much as I can, and I know Julius Caesar would have made them slaves. I know for a fact I make a better ruler than Caesar would have ever been. Caesars last words,”Et tu, Bruté, will haunt me forever. Caesar will be missed very much, although I do not regret one action the conspirators and I have made. The crown will soon be mine, and I can not wait to be the true ruler of Rome.

                                              Sincerely,
                                                          Brutus

Diary Entry

An odd turn of events surely, why does Cassius greet me through Lucillius? We are we not allies in this endeavor to start with, I wonder what has happened? Lucillius tells me that he is still received with all due respect, but there is no brotherly affection there anymore. Sounds to me like Cassius is growing distant from him, but not in a false, tricky way. He says now, dear Cassius, that I have done him wrong! We will discuss this like gentleman in my tent, not out here in front of our soldiers, might as well hear what he has to say.

                                      Sincerely,
                                                  Brutus

ACT 5

Dear Diary,

Today is the day of the battle. I am not scared or frightened on how the outcome will be, because I know my army is much, much greater than Cassius’. If...
