The best thing you can do is grab a notebook and pen and walk to someplace nearby where you can sit for as long as you want. It doesn't matter if there are a lot of people or just ducks. it doesn't matter if it's the food court at the mall, a park bench, a table at your favorite coffee or tea place, or even the local bar. All that matters is that you got up off your behind and started moving.
It's important not to bring something to read. Otherwise, that's what you'll do. Just a notebook and pen or pencil. Or laptop. But that's it. Get a beverage and maybe a snack and look around you.
