.   IT IS CHALLENGE BECAUSE PEPOLE CARE ABOUT HEALTHCARE, AND THEY BECOME CAUTIOUS.   PEOPLE AFRAID OF CHANGE OR IF THEY WILL RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT

THE US SENTAE TAKES 60 VOTES TO DO ANYTHING IMPORTANT, THEN CONGRESS HAS TO PASS AND THEN THE PRESIDENT.   THE SYSTEM IS SE TUP TO MAKE CHANGE DIFFEICULY SLOW AND INCREMENTAL.   Health Reform has taken a long time to complete, many of the obstacles came from opposing stakeholders.   These stakeholders include the American Medical Associantion, businesses, and the insurance industry.   Barack Obama’s greatest challenge was securing enactment of ambitious health care legislation similar in scope to Great Society and New Deal programs—without the benefit of the congressional majorities of those eras.   There were many challenges that were faced during the implementation of the ACA of 2010.
