Rent Disputes

Hi pulkit mohan singla here.Today we are discussing about rent disputes.Earlier rent was known as a system of payment for the temporary use of something owned by someone else; the payments for such use are typically referred to as "rent" but today people have forgotten this definition nd they have their own thinking about it. You know what is the new definition people have originated.

Its like this..system of payment for the temporary use of something owned by someone else but capturing it intentionally and then using it as their own property permanently.

I am not referring towards every one but there are some people who do not have humanity in them .

They just seek out for someone else property and act like parasites on it. Its happening a lot. After they capture the property they demand high amount of money to vacate the property. I really pity on these people who do these kinds of act.

Its clear corruption and people who perform these jobs should be thrown out of the country. These people do not have guts to earn money and they perform these cheap tactics to harass people.

I hear lot of cases like this. People come to me and ask ways to get there property vacated. The biggest problem with our country is that we have laws but there is no one to follow them. Half of the period passes on very quickly and the victim really gets frustrated because no body listens to him/her.

The lawyer of opposite party easily takes stay and that's the biggest drawback but still there is hope. Today new laws are made regarding these property issues and government is strict this time and i personally heard lot of people who got justice but its a real hard work because no body will take so much personal interest in your issue , even your lawyer irrespective of the fact that he/she is charging heavy fees from you. But such is life.

We come across good people and bad people and parasites. I really call these people parasites. There is millions of property being...
