Leadership may be defined as the relationship in which one person influences others to work together willingly on related tasks to attain goals desired by the leader or group. the most successful leader of any organization perform tasks and act in way that provides followers with satisfaction and fulfillment in performing the work required and reaching the objectives. one common word is " Where there is no vision, the people perish" Leaders give vision to their followers .
The Premier Bank ltd. Is my organization where i am working with a vision of "Service First. My organization believes in togetherness with its customers . To achieve the desired goal, there will be pursuit of excecellence at all stages with a climate of continuous improvement.
Different type of leadership has been developed, the common type of   leadership are given bellow:
1) Democratic Leadership
2) Autocratic Leadership
3)Spiritual Leadership
4)Authentic Leadership
5)Transactional leadership
6)Transformational Leadership
1) Democratic Leadership:
The democratic leader listens to the team's ideas and studies them, but will make the final decision. Team players contribute to the final decision thus increasing employee satisfaction and ownership, feeling their input was considered when the final decision was taken. When changes arises, this type of leadership helps the team assimilate the changes better and more rapidly than other   styles, knowing they were consulted and contributed to the decision making process, minimizing resistance and intolerance. A shortcoming of this leadership style is that it has difficulty when decisions are needed in a short period of time or at the moment.

2) Autocratic Leadership
The autocratic leader is given the power to make decisions alone, having total authority. This leadership style is good for employees that need close supervision to perform certain tasks. Creative employees and team players resent this type of leadership, since...
