  * Recruiting new entry-level personnel is a long-standing tradition within Electronic Systems and of critical strategic importance to meeting the sector's overall staffing needs.  In a typical year, ES will hire from 200-300 entry-level employees in fields ranging from Engineering to Accounting to Communications.
  * Campus recruitment is the significant source of qualified entry-level talent for Direct Placement and for the various Professional Development Programs.  However, we also identify candidates through employee referrals and other means.
  * Campus recruiting is also a major source of candidates for the sector's internship and co-op programs.
