Sub.: UG and PG Time Table, 1st semester 2012-2013

1. The UG and PG Time Table for 1st semester 2012-2013 is shown in the following pages. Time-table for all the first year courses is given in the first four
pages (M courses and P courses).
2. Starting time has been indicated by first letter of the day and beginning hour. The duration of the class (lecture, tutorial or practical) will be as per the L-T-P
indicated against the course. e.g. class on Mondays at 10 AM is denoted as M10. If the lecture venue is room 315 in Block V, it is indicated as V 315. VKB
is Vishwa Karma Bhawan. IIA is Bharti Building.
3. If a course has only 1 or 2 lectures per week, then the course coordinator should decide the days of the class and inform the students. The indicated room has
been allocated for all three hours of that slot.
4. The default time for tutorials are given next to the cycle number. Changes from this default time are indicated against the corresponding course.
5. Starting time of the practical is indicated; the course coordinator should inform the laboratory location to the students.
6. In case groups are clubbed together for tutorial or practical following a request from the department, the relevant information is given against the course.
7. Please contact the UG Section (x1725) for scheduling Colloquium courses . For the keys of LCD system, please Call 6415.
8. NCC and NSS activities are usually scheduled on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 12 noon. Course coordinators are requested not to schedule any
classes, quizzes, etc. at these times.
9. After the release of the time-table, course coordinators should check the availability of a venue before floating any new course or changing a
course from one slot to the other.
