The jaw crusher is a kind of crushing machine for coarse crushing or common crushing material with different hardness by the extrusion and bending effect of jaw slabs. This crusher is usually used to crushing limestone, shale, coal, gypsum, chalk and other hard material following brittle material.

    Compared with the hammer crusher, impact crusher is crushing machine using of the high speed impact and counterattack plate rebound effect of plate hammer to make the material bearing repeated impact. Plate hammer solid loading in the high speed rotating rotor, and along the crushing cavity with different angle arrangement. Counterattack crusher has a larger crushing ratio, and can more fully use high-speed impact energy of the whole rotor. But due to the easy wearing of plate hammer, it’s crushing applications is also restricted in hard material, so it is usually used for coarse crushing, common crushing or fine crushing limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, pyrites, etc.
