Some people say “health is wealth”, it means that if you are healthy, you will be able to work efficiently and this, in return, will bring the wealth to you. Therefore, in my point of view, health is the most crucial element in our life. According to many scientist doing research about longevity, there are some basic ways to have a long and healthy life. The first requirement might be a high level of physical work and other activities. It is obviously that once you do exercise, you will have a better condition. Your body will feel good, full of energy and it will respond immediately to any action you want to do, any activity that has to be done with high spirits. A healthful unpolluted environment with clean air and water together with the moderate climate is the second reason that leads us to a healthy life. For example, people in Vilcabamba, Ecuador are famous for their longevity. During to the fact that this area is mountain region which has clean, beautiful environment and far away from modern cities, there is a very little serious disease. Also, the temperature here is about 70 degree all year long and the wind always comes from the same direction. In addition, the water here comes from mountain streams, so it is totally clean and also high in minerals. The third need added to the healthy life is nutritious diets. The typical diets that make us healthier is the one including natural ingredients. Fruit and vegetable are all natural; thus, they contain no preservatives and other chemicals. Moreover, long-lived people seem to eat mostly foods in high vitamins and nutrition but low in fat, cholesterol and sugar. The final need in order to have a healthy life is freedom from modern worries. Stress-free environment is one of the secrets of longevity. We should keep calm by overcoming anger, greed, fear, envy and enmity. Optimistic outlook, serene mentality, joyful spirit, clean thoughts, etc. are also the unfathomable impact in bringing about good health. It...
