The Using Purpose of Screw Separation Machine

The spiral separator is shortened as classifier and also called screw separation machine which is a commonly used classifying machine during the ore beneficiation process. It can be combined with the ball mill to form a closed cycling system in order to split the ore flow, or used in the gravity dressing process for splitting the ore sand and fine mud. In addition, it can also be used for demudding and dewatering in the ore washing process.

This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the screw separation machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.

The machine has a simple structure, reliable operation, and it’s easy to operate. The screw classifiers realize the mechanical classification by discharging from the screw into the upper part and grade and filter the material powder coming from the grinding mill, then send the blocks into the mill’s feeding hole by moving with the screw panel, and discharge the fine filtered materials out of the overflow pipe.
