Firstly, I will talk about work or activities that mainly involve working with people. This type also calls workgroup. Workgroup has many advantages. It can helps us to improve our communication. If we do not have a good communication ability, others can misunderstand what we say. Moreover, they can be angry with our words although our words do not offend them. Besides, working with people can make us feel comfortable. If we are too boring when we discuss main topic, we can talk some fun stories to make other members smile or tell a special story about something that we like to relax.
