1. The eccentric shaft is the key part of jaw crusher. Materials are crushed by its continuous rotating. But when the adapter sleeve of eccentric shaft is loose, the eccentric shaft will be stuck and stop working.
2. The electric motor of jaw crusher can work within a certain voltage. If the voltage is too low, the power generated by electric motor is not enough to crush sandstone. At this time, a lot of stone will be stuck in chamber and influence production.
3. During production of crusher, if the material discharging is too slow or jamming phenomenon appears in the discharging mouth, jaw crusher will have difficulty in materials discharging.
4. Jaw crusher crushes materials depending on the power transmitted by triangle belt to sheave. If the triangle belt is loose, it will rotate with sheave and will not drive it. So the materials will not be crushed in chamber and will not be discharged from the machine.
5. If the main bearing of jaw crusher is broken, it also cannot work normally.
