      As you are aware that the Entrance Test for admission to MBA, MCA (3 year) & MCA (5 years integrated) courses are scheduled to be held on 22-08-2010 (Sunday) from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at your study Centre.   The Controller of Examinations will be sending you in advance the question paper/OMR sheets and other material for the purpose.   Since, the exact number of candidates appearing at your centre is not known, the quantity of examination material (question papers/OMR sheets) will be based on the admissions made last year in these courses.   Some extra question papers & answer sheets will also be sent to be on safer side.   From our previous communication, some of the Centres have mis-understood that Registration for Entrance Test is to be done up to 7th   of August,2010,   while communication for the purpose was for seeking information regarding estimated number of candidates for despatch of examination material.   Therefore, it is clarified that you may continue registering the candidates even upto 21st August for entrance test so that the maximum number of candidates can avail the opportunity for the same.   If you need any more information/clarification in this regard you may keep in touch with us via

      You are also aware that the Roll No. to the candidates for appearing in the said entrance test is to be allotted by your Study Centre. Therefore, you are advised to allot the Roll Nos. to candidates as per criteria given below:-
Ist two digits denote the year i.e. 10, next two digits are meant for the course code i.e. 06 for MBA, 26 for MCA (3 years) and 03 for MCA (5 years) integrated course.   Next four digits are meant for study centre code and last three digits will be the role number of the candidate   starting from 001.   For example, if a candidate wants to appear in the MBA course   and will appear at the study centre   bearing centre code 1101, the roll no. will be...
