How to make Banana Fingers

There is one-thousand and one ways to make and enjoy a cookie.   Chocolate chip cookies are a mouthwatering famous cookie that everyone enjoys; but, is there another cookie that stands out just as much as chocolate chip cookies. To my opinion I think there is, it is called banana fingers. Not many people are familiar with this cookie because it’s a healthier source of nutrients.   Just because Banana Fingers is a nutritional fruit cookie, it doesn’t mean it isn’t enjoyable. I’ll be lying if I was to state that they yummier than chocolate chip cookies; banana fingers are healthier.   If you were to give it a try you could see why? These cookies based on a nutritional fact compare difference health wise; a chocolate chip cookie calorie count for one cookie is 138, where 72 of those calories are based on fat. The calorie count for a banana finger is 132 but only 13.2 calories is based on fat. Therefore, with that being said let’s get into the introduction in making these delicious banana fingers. There are several steps and special tricks to make them just right.

First you will need to preheat your over to 350 degrees; than, set yourself up with the proper ingredients needed to cook this wonderful and healthy but, yet delicious cookie. You will need 4 ripe peeled yellow bananas, lemon juice, whole wheat flour, baking power, salt, butter, old fashioned rolled oats, it is best if you use banana flavor oatmeal; this will give it a more tastier flavor of banana. In addition you will also need sugar and two large eggs. Now we could start cooking; peel and slice the four bananas into a small bowl of cold water. The next thing you will need is to add one table spoon of lemon juices into the small bowl of water and bananas; this will prevent them from turning brown.
