QUARTERLY NCO COUNSELING
(PERIOD: DECEMBER 05 – FEBRUARY 06)

              27 February 2006

RATED INDIVIDUAL: SGT Bobby Nickles
RATER: SSG Tito Santana
SENIOR RATER: CW2 Corey Bubbles

Introduction: This is the first annual rating period, first quarterly counseling. We will discuss your improvements (including accomplishments), successes, and things you need to work on. Be reminded that this counseling is not a one-way conversation and that your input is greatly valued to help me develop you as an NCO and provide as much guidance as I am able.

IMPROVEMENTS: (competence, physical fitness/bearing, leadership, training, responsibility/accountability)

Competence: You have strengthened your competence and confidence levels since you last rating period. You effectively coordinated and managed the backhaul for 3rd ACR committing 580 M915s and 528 M1070s including recovery assets with superior results. As you continue on this experience, you technical knowledge will grow and filter into other areas of expertise. This experience has made you a seasoned 88N and amongst the technical experts in the field. Good work.

Physical Fitness: None

Leadership: Your continuous display of leadership is outstanding. You are not perfect; however, I can see your efforts to be perfect.
