2. 3. To strengthen ventilation inside the ball mill. The inside ball mill has a wind speed when it works, so the powder in the micronized grinding process can be taken away by air to improve grinding efficiency. The mill has different ventilation rate due to the grinding of different material, generally, the ventilation rate is 0.3 - 1.0m/s. The production of high strength grade cement should use low-speed of ventilation rate, on the contrary, the bigger speed ventilation rate; should be used.
4. Water spray: ball mill generally produce a lot of heat when its grinding cement, the atomized water spray into the mill in high air-pressure can effectively take away the heat inside the mill to cool the ball mill. The water spray to ball mill is determined by the temperature inside the mill, generally, does not need spray when it is below 1000C. Spray through the grinding head or grinding tail are both OK.
