"My heart will go on" can be interpreted in different ways. To me, it means not only that YOU are still alive and will continue to live your life but also that the one you lost will stay with you forever in your heart. You will always love them and never forget them.

This song should be very relatable for those who have lost a loved one. It describes how he is trying to go on with his life and have things go back to normal, but he always carries the woman he lost in the back of his mind and heart.
