ABSTRACT:

This report is mainly assessed the customer service practice of Mc Donald. It also analysed the importance of customer service in hospitality industry.   This report also indicates and the problems occurring in Mc Donald and also they suggest recommendations to solve the problems and also helps to improve the customer service in Mc Donald. The problems are explained and the results are analysed in this report.



































INTRODUCTION:

McDonald Company is the leading fast food restaurants in the world which is almost serving millions of customers per day in more than 100 countries in the world. The company is having its headquarters in US. Initially the company was started in 194 as a barbecue restaurant. The founder of Mc Donald is Richard and Maurice McDonald.   McDonald is famous for selling hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Chicken, French fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes and desserts (Mc Donald).



PURPOSE:

This report mainly explains the problems faced by the customers of Mc Donald. This report clearly brings out the irresponsible services provided by Mc Donald and its employees to the customers. Most of the customers posted their complaints in many blogs, websites etc. The main problems are reported as follows.
