Who Cares

The world is changing rapidly. I have realized that the more I learn the more I'm able to adapt to the change. My career goal is to lead a team of dedicated employees who will succeed in their chosen field.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Electronics engineering from Anna University, which gave me the opportunity to work at Infosys. My experience here has taught me two lessons. First is that learning is a never-ending process. The second is that to be a leader I had to have a sound knowledge of nuances of management, specifically people management.
The knowledge base at FMS is a definite advantage that will foster my growth. The chance to work with like-minded people with burning ambitions would be an enormous learning experience. I'm certain that when I complete my education at FMS, I will be armed with the right knowledge that will help me to attain my goal."

Being from technical background, I strongly feel that technical and management aspects within an organization go hand in hand. Management is the life of any activity. Shaping a great idea into a reality and making it successful requires a diverse range of skills and intimate knowledge of business. I strongly feel the need to undergo formal management education, which would equip me with the right skills to pursue my desired profession and provide me the opportunity to interact with various people. My career goal in life is to become a person who could handle any typical business situation confidently. One who could manage his life and people around him. I want to be a good manager, a person who can inspire everybody to chase their dreams with all the passion and enthusiasm. I want the freedom to explore, to be bold and most importantly, to be creative.
