题目：to improve students’chance of finding a job ,universaties should take less time on teaching traditional subjects,such as history.They should take more time on practical skills such as communicatin and business.to what extent do you agree or disagree?

Practical has been the main stream in today’ s education.In the meanwhile,someone assert that universities should open some communication or business courses rather than some traditional subjects especially history course,which will enable them to find lucrative jobs immedetely upon graduation.I wonder whether this practise can hold water or not.

As to some people argue that practical skills courses are conductive to their future career development.More precisely,they sincerely believe that since the competition in today’s society is increasing stiff,they should armed with more practical skills and knowledges to keep up with the Joneses at the cost of some traditional subjects,hence they can face the chanlleng in the society and pursue a better career in the future.Moreover,they think study the past is the cost of time.In their opinion,the science ,technology and society system in the past is out-dated,and therefore bear little relevance to the present problems and their possible solutions.They ask the question like “ what does the history of African of slaves have to do with me?”Therefore,focusing on present and future problem is much essential for us.

However,thousands of years of human experience and wisdom do have something to teach us.For instance,Clarles Darwin taught us the fact that only the fitteat can survive,which is more than even true in today’s competetive society.Besides,Thomas Edison gave us an inspirational experience that successful person are not ones who never failed,but those who kept trying,and have determination in the tough situation can divided the winners from the losers.Furthermore,learning history can help to develop a thoughtful and critical mind.As a...
