My Company

As the competition becomes more intense, it is extremely challenging to get good jobs especially for people who have just graduated from colleges. This society is for the groups of people who are creative and hardworking. If someone does not like to work for others, they can choose to establish their own organization, to be the owner of it. However, the operation of the organization needs adequate social experiences and knowledge. If I had enough capital to establish an organization that I am interested in, I would create an organization for designing weddings. In this paper, I will explain my company profile and how I will plan, organize, lead and control for it.

  My own organization is called B&L (Believe Love) weddings designing company. My company slogan: magnificent event let your life bright! B&L is a full service company that provides complete consulting services for weddings, holy unions and anniversaries. We would hire consultants who are experienced and dedicated professionals with many years of event planning experience. B&L is unique in that I give my clients my undivided attention. We would listen to their needs and work with them to create the event of their dreams. Our clients’ wishes will become my commands. My company provides a variety of services which include weddings, honeymoons, receptions, anniversary consultations, budget planning, answers to etiquette question, as well as full-service referrals, hair stylists, entertainers, musicians, etc.
     

       
For example, for a wedding, we will calculate the number of the guests, reserve the location for the wedding, no matter church or hotel, prepare the cars and organize the wedding ceremony. In order to plan well, the company will have a purpose which is clear. The purpose of my organization is to design people’s weddings programmers to give them the perfect feeling and to be satisfied with their weddings to make a profit.
