Good Leaders Are Not Born

Good leaders are not born. They are made. If a person has the willpower and the ability to learn, he can become a successful leader. A good leader engages in a continuous process of education, experience and training. He studies to improve his leadership skills and does not rest on past glory. One’s position as a manager or supervisor gives one the authority to handle responsibilities and achieve the desired results making him the boss. Leadership is different. It inspires the followers, makes them raise the bar and set themselves higher goals.
Serving selflessly and taking everybody along in his stride in developing an organization makes a person an acceptable leader.
Leadership, a critical management skill, is the ability to motivate a group of people towards a common goal.
Leadership does not mean domination. The world is always well supplied with people who wish to rule and dominate others.
A good leader should be open-minded and the most important thing is "No one is better than others, we should work as a team" and the other thing is "work hard, study hard and dedicate to the work you do."

A leader should be determined, be what they are and be sincere of who they are, be honest, open, understand and look beyond where they could be, believe in themselves, and, particularly, they shouldn't lose their nationality and the good traits that they have.
The art of leadership is in the ability to make people want to work for you, while they are really under no obligation to do so. Leaders are people, who raise the standards by which they judge themselves and by which they are willing to be judged. The goal chosen, the objective selected, the requirements imposed, are not mainly for their followers alone.
The true leader is one who realizes by faith that he is an instrument in the hands of God, and dedicates himself to be a guide and inspirer of the nobler sentiments and aspirations of the people.
He who would be a leader must pay the price in self-discipline...
