Some Benefits in Proposing Higher Fee

Besides some benefits we have analysed above. We make sure that proposing higher fees on personal vehicles and car which can create a financial source for traffic projects.
Firstly, the communication infrastructure in the city center is extremely weak, unable to support the real demand.There is only 8% land area used for communication ,in the urban the number is just 5%.The international standard of the communication area has to reach to 20%-25% land area used to build bridges and ways.All kinds of main ways just take 0.74km for ways/km2.In fact the international standard is from 6.5km to 8km for ways/km2.The target of the length of way/person is very low,only 0.15km/person but the standard is 0.45km/person.All of the amazing number shows that big cities like Hanoi and Hochiminh has not enough ways for traffic.It has to support well with the huge population and numerous vehicles.
Secondly,in recent years, quality of infrastructure in communication system is dramatically falling down .Especially in big cities like Hanoi, Hochiminh city ,Danang,Nha Trang ,the more population increases rapidly, the more private vehicles as well as other transportation we have. It leads to the fact that a lot of infrastructure is being destroyed radically. To concretize this serious problem, our team has made a survey to find out that our communication system is in a bad state of repairing.
In Hochiminh city, we completed the project “Thu Thiem tunnel” after 7 years and it was opened for public use on 20/11/2011.After 1 year, on 7/8/2012,the quality of Thu Thiem tunnel has decreased   dramatically. In side of the tunnel, it is cracking everywhere. It takes a high risk for all people go through the tunnel everyday .But until now, it is still not repaired.
