Double roll crusher   consists of main frame, roller, long gear tooth, etc. Driven by double-motor, double-belt. Transmission is driven by motor across belt and the rollers are rotated in two directions. Every spec can change the roller clearance in request to meet the needs of different crushing and discharge the materials. According to the numbers of the roller, it is divided into single roller crusher , double rollers crusher and multi-rollers crusher. Roll crusher is applied in cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power, coal and other industries for crushing various materials of brittle and medium hardness such as coal, coke, shale and limestone. It is best suited for the intermediate and fine crushing in small and medium sized mine and chemical industry. The biggest compressive strength of crushed materials is 160Mpa. Roller crusher has advantages of simple structure, reliable work, low cost and less over-crush, it's suitable for crushing coal, coke, sinter and other medium hardness brittle materials.
Working Principle of Roller Crusher:
The principle is the roller squeezing in low rotating speed and high pressure. Materials fall into the crushing chamber vertically from upper of the crusher, and then are squeezed and crushed in the strong pressure between two rollers. Then due to the gravity of minerals, they will be discharged out from the gap of two rollers. The minimum distance of the two rollers is the width of discharging size. Adjustment of the discharging size: There ID a wedge or gasket adjustment device between two rollers. At the top of the wedge adjustment device, there is an adjusting bolt. When the bolt pulls wedge upward, the wedge will make the movable roller away from the fixed one, thus the gap between them become larger, so as the discharging size. Under the reversed situation, it will become smaller. For gasket adjustment device, it adjusts the discharging size by increasing and decreasing the pieces or thickness of the gaskets....
