Ans: The computer comes from the word compute which mean to calculate

Q2: What is program?
Ans: A computer follow a set of instructions called program.

Ans:   It helps us to solve problems quietly and easily. It can do hundred of things in seconds

Q4: Explain mainframe computer?
Ans: Mainframe computers are large powerful and expensive computers. They can be used for scientific purpose.

Ans: Super computer have very fast speed. They are used I weather forecasting m military research and universities.

Ans: computer has three basic operations,
  1. Out put
  2. Processing
  3. Input.

Ans: The devices that help us to enter data in to computer are called input devices e.g.     key board

Q2: Define output devices?
Ans: The devices that display output data are called output devices e.g. monitor

Ans: In 1642 Blaise Pascal invented Pascaline.

Q4: Who invented analytical engine?
Ans: Charles Babbage

Q5: Who was Charles Babbage?
Ans: Charles Babbage was the first person who comes up with the idea of a computer

Ans: CPU is called the brain of the computer. It controls and processes all the data in the computer

Ans: A CPU has three basic parts,

  2. Control unit
  3. Memory unit
