A New Physical Activity
The sport or activity of propelling oneself through water using the limbs. Swimming is one of the most popular recreational sports that can be enjoyed by all ages. The ability to swim enables people to participate in a wide variety of water sports such as snorkeling, water skiing, jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, boating, fishing, rowing, and canoeing, without the fear of getting into trouble, and reduces the risk of drowning. I only trying swimming in the seas in America and Canada and it was fun so I tried it in a community center. I have seen people swimming lots of times at the seas. No one swims that I know they are all scared of drowning
It was ent easy at first but when I looked on the computer I found all the information I needed for the activities and centers.
I swimmed last week at the 515 cote street community center. My supervisor and instructor was a life guard. I got my bother to go with me. I convinced him because I loses to swim.
Swimming is fun because it is completely different from any other sport out there. You swim in a completely different environment, the water, and you get a full body workout. Not only that, but it is more of an individual sport than a team sport. This is not necessarily a good thing to everyone, but I like to swim because I can work on improving individually. Swimming is also fun because of all the neat tricks you can do in the water. I would do this activity again because this always loosens your body and make your body feel good.
